IS BITCOIN’S PRICE BEING MANIPULATED?

This past month, the entire crypto space has been interesting, from meme coin frenzy to the Elon Musk and China FUD, to the market crash and the current sideways movement. Bitcoin is being manipulated, from Elon Musk to China and J.P Morgan. They manipulate the market to get retail investors, especially the weak ones, to sell their Bitcoin and enable them to capture supply and corner the market.

The cryptocurrency market is a market that the whales can easily manipulate, and it has been like that for a long time. As a result of the market crash, the current market capitalization of the entire crypto market is 1.7 trillion dollars, including the market capitalization of every single cryptocurrency combined; it is less than the market capitalization of Microsoft and Apple.

When you look at all the mega institutional players who have a lot of cash, ranging in trillions, that they can bring into the market, the potential of manipulation is massive, especially when you include the early crypto investors because cryptocurrency did not start last year, it has been around for a while, and it has created many millionaires and billionaires. The whale accounts still exist, and they play the markets.

The price manipulation has been going on for a while; this is not the first time it is happening. The manipulation is not as obvious as you think, so people do not realize it and always end up falling victims to it.

We only have to accept that this is the reality of the market and learn how the game is played. When you understand how the whales and the institutional players manipulate the market, you have the upper hand compared to other average retail investors. You will know when to buy and when to sell your coins.

As the saying goes, you have to be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy when others are fearful. The big institutions use the media to manipulate you into buying coins at high prices. The media publishes articles and news, using charts and giving reasons why Bitcoin may get up to five hundred thousand dollars in a year; retail investors fall for it, rush in and buy more Bitcoin at a high price believing that the price is the cheapest you can get it before Bitcoin “surges.” The same media that manipulated you to buy Bitcoin will also manipulate you into selling your Bitcoin after they have succeeded in causing fear, making the market dip.

The Wyckoff distribution pattern we saw play out recently for Bitcoin is a strong indicator that these big-money players are entering the market. They are using several methods to increase their investment.

Not everyone wants to accept that an individual can manipulate the market. Just because the market is decentralized does not mean that some “invincible” forces do not influence it. For instance, Elon Musk’s tweets are very influential in the market, and for the past few weeks, he has been causing a major FUD.
