Well-known shoe brand Reebok has decided to take part in the craze of NFTs. The prevailing digital innovation and major driving force of the Ethereum token.
The designs are minted and up for grabs and are an original collection from the Reebok limited-edition footwear design. The collection features 200 NFTs, and they are all for sale on the Wax Atomic Hub NFT marketplace platform.
The brand uploaded on their Twitter on April 26, announcing that they had created an NFT collection. The designs are based on the latest limited-edition footwear, and the collection is called the X NST2.
“Blockchain meats footwear,” as the brand referred to this project as is the official introduction of Reebok into the world of NFTs.
The pieces are going for a flat rate of $500 and up to about $2000. Some of the highest pieces are to be sold for around $20,000 —all exchanged with the Ethereum cryptocurrency.
Reebok is not the only fashion brand to adapt to the age of NFTs. Gucci and Adidas are also two very well-known bodies to adapt to the NFT scene.
