Transaction payment

I traded with Remitano and my payment posted delivered on Remitano but my account isn’t credited over 4 hours , I did another transaction and it dropped immediately on the same Remitano wallet and the same receiving bank account GTB

please how do I get this resolved ?

i tried life chat but an icon poped up saying something went wrong .

The Icon that popped up could be due to network issue. Reboot your phone or switch it off and put it on again. Then click on the customer service Icon on the bottom right corner of your phone to lodge a complaint.
