Since the piece of information seems to tell readers about Bitcoin, no part in the Ad talked about how and where Bitcoin could be purchased, but just one reference to Digital banking powered by blockchain & crypto, how the genesis block was made.
It was stated in the ad that Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency which originated from genesis block during a financial crisis in 2009. The government does not issue it or have authority over it, the crypto is accessible to everyone, and no one can prevent you from using it.
