The education sector in China is very slow in meeting up with the clamor for more specialists in the blockchain.

With the industry developing throughout China, there are worries that the education sector is not doing enough to meet up with the clamor for an all-inclusive, college, blockchain-related training course.

The head of the research center for the development of the digital economy stated that the pioneer set of blockchain graduates would commence classes this year and conclude their courses in 2024.

It is believed that the blockchain industry is expanding fast; however, the education sector is slow to meeting up with the demands of the industry.

The Chengdu University released a statement on the launch of their Blockchain engineering undergraduate studies in March. Registrations have ended, and students are to resume by September.

Earlier last month, China added new jobs to the officially confirmed occupations. Some of the new jobs approved were; blockchain engineering, technical staff, and application operator.

There are reports that new data from recruiting agencies in China reveals that salaries of jobs relating to blockchain are increasing. This is a result of the clamor for more professionals.
