Starting from 11:45 (UTC) August 05, 2021, Remitano will temporarily suspend the support for DEPOSIT and WITHDRAWAL of Ethereum (ETH) and USDT (via ERC20 standard) in Remitano wallet until the end of the London Hard fork. However, the ETH transaction on P2P Exchange and Swap is still going as usual.
Ethereum is set to perform the London Hard Fork at block height 12,965,000, or approximately 2021-08-05 11:55 (UTC), and comes with 2 likely scenarios:
There are currently no final result in which scenario will happen; therefore, Remitano will suspend ETH deposit/withdrawal to protect the rights and interests of users, and to avoid the uncertain risks caused by hard fork.
Once the split is completed and the main network is stable, Remitano will resume the ETH deposit/withdrawal service.
If you wish to have balance on both forks, please withdraw your ETH prior to such time. ETH trading will continue as usual.
