On 12 September, after discovering a mistake which causes overpayment of one of its crypto-currency trading botts, Arbicorp unexpectedly blocked the accounts of over 120 000 investors in Spain. The bug, which was not known for almost a year, caused Arbicorp to spend 28% higher on benefit than attributed to the trading bot dubbed Group Bot.

Interestingly, Arbicorp 's management said they had carried out overpayments for over a month, amid substantial financial losses. However, with an assurance that "no one can lose," Arbicorp guarantees that customers who are suspected that taking legitimate actions "will continue" also through the government.

However, it recalls the terms of the investment agreement they have signed in the same declaration to those investors. Part of the criteria says:

"The consumer acknowledges the liability and liability for the use of our website or service. The customer accepts that the service is offered according to availability. The organization neither guarantees that the operation is ongoing, secure, or error-free nor guarantees the performance.

Accordingly, Arbicorp warns investors who want the legal path to 'pay the money before a court ruling occurs.'
