The Florida District court denied the summary of the case against Craig Wright. Jeth Bloom, the high judge, denied this case and has scheduled January for the next trial.
The court proceeded to publish the decision of about 93 pages, which contains facts about the details.
Craig Wright is the self-acclaimed Inventor of BTC facing a lawsuit. The lawsuit is between him and the real owner of $11 billion (about 1.1 BTC).
The case was started by Ira Kleiman (the plaintiff). Ira filed a lawsuit accusing Craig of manipulation of David Kleiman (Ira’s brother) after he died seven years back.

Craig Wright tapped into a scheme against the deceased estate to take possession of his BTcs and some related intellectual property. After the case review, Craig couldn’t defend himself with evidence, and the next trial will come up 4th of January 2021.
