This week's latest law brought up to the U.S Congress could implement general control of every stable token.
If the bill is approved, any service offered in association with these kinds of digital assets will turn illegitimate without initially getting authorization from several government organizations.
Major Updates
- The bill will cushion criminalities from crypto assets
- All stable coin transactions must be authorized
- Minority groups will benefit from the new rule
The bill named the Stable Act aims to secure clients from the risks involved by new digitized remittance devices, including Facebook's Libra and other stable tokens. But, with one month to the end of the 116th United States Congress, the act faces a severe struggle to be cleared and passed.
