General Rules
Based on the game results, Remitano will send rewards directly to the player’s Remitano wallet.
In the case of a complaint, Remitano will settle it based on fairness and game results. The decision of Remitano will be final.
If abnormal behavior, cheating, or fraudulent activity is detected, Remitano reserves the right to stop the player’s participation without prior notice.
Remitano may refuse to pay prizes or withdraw part/all rewards in confirmed cases of fraud.
In all cases, Remitano’s decision will be final.
In case of discrepancies between the user’s app display and Remitano’s system, the system records will be taken as final.
Remitano may adjust or terminate the event rules at its sole discretion during the campaign.
Conditions for Participants
Participants must follow instructions and comply fully with the Organizer’s regulations.
Photos, posts, or content submitted for the Remitano Birthday Campaign must remain public and visible for at least two (2) weeks after submission for verification.
All event-related posts must be kept public on the user’s social media account to qualify.
The program is open to all Remitano users who access the latest version of the Remitano Mobile App or Remitano Website.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Eligible only for Nigerian users who sign up for a Remitano account before 23:59 on 30th July, 2025.
Rules for Receiving Rewards
All participants must have completed eKYC Level 2 to be eligible to receive rewards.
Players must provide accurate and complete information. Remitano will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect submissions.
Rewards must comply with Remitano’s payout regulations and timelines.
Rewards cannot be exchanged or transferred to another account.
Rights & Obligations of the Organizer
Remitano has the full right to use participants’ names, images, videos, and submitted content for advertising, promotion, and commercial purposes without additional cost.
This includes promotion on social media, online ads, press articles, PR campaigns, and video content.
Remitano will keep personal information provided by participants confidential and will not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.
Remitano reserves the right to disqualify participants who breach the rules or misuse the campaign for unlawful purposes.
Remitano has the right to refuse to pay the prize or withdraw part or all of the award in case of seeing a customer's fraudulent behavior. In all cases, Remitano has the right to make the final decision.
Other Rules
Remitano reserves the right to suspend, modify, or alter the campaign content, missions, and terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the official Remitano Fanpage or website.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to shorten or extend the program duration at its discretion.
The program may end earlier than announced if the promotional budget is exhausted.
All products in the off-ramp flow (Swap Coin-to-Fiat, P2P Sell, Sell V4, Cashout, Quick Sell) and all products in the on-ramp flow (Swap Fiat-to-Coin, P2P Buy, Buy V4, Quick Buy) will be counted toward the Trading Freeze Missions.
