Can anyone help me to report or dispute to this seller?

In this morning, I tried to buy 0.02 BTC from this seller. After I had deposited the money to his bank account, he suddenly aborted the whole deal that I still not yet received any BTC from him but I had sent him the money successfully.

I tried to email and leave message to the "Support Remitano" but no one replies me.

What should I do? I don't think it should happen to me as I am a frequent user for three years time.

Can anyone suggest me?

Same stuff happened to me today.I bought 0.04 BTC. Paid to the seller, seller abort the trade and I didn't receive any coins. Although messaged Remitano's team by email and chat ,no reply. Remitano please reply as soon as possible please.

did they resolve your issue? this shit just happened to me now. paid money into the account provided for 220usdt, the seller aborted the trade
