How to deposit KES via M-Pesa on Remitano
Step 1: Select M-Pesa and enter your deposit amount
Open the Deposit page on Remitano and select M-Pesa as your payment method. Enter the amount of KES you want to deposit, then tap Continue.
Step 2: Review and confirm your deposit
Before making your payment, carefully review the transaction details shown on the confirmation screen. Check the deposit amount, payment method and applicable fee. If everything looks correct, tap Confirm.
Step 3: Make your M-Pesa transfer
After confirmation, Remitano will display the payment instructions for your M-Pesa deposit. Use the provided information to complete your transfer, including the Paybill number, account holder, narration and transfer amount. Make sure you enter the payment details exactly as shown. Once you have completed the transfer, tap I have paid.
Step 4: Wait for your transfer to be confirmed
After you have made your M-Pesa payment, your transaction will show Awaiting confirmation while Remitano waits for the payment to be confirmed. You can check your transaction status directly on the transaction page.
Step 5: Your deposit is completed
Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your transaction status will change to Completed. Your deposited KES will be credited to your Remitano Wallet. You can also view your transaction details and payment information.
