He would not put up any surprise other than defeat because Vitalik Buterin is a blockchain co-founder while Alexander is a 5 times Chess champion! The two are champions of different feats...chess requires greats tactics and blockchain demands great expertise. Vitalik cannot be better on Chess than Alexander... He would lose perhaps moderately.
