BTC Fails to beat the $12,000 Resistance

News • 2020/09/02 • by Remitano

BTC, for a short period, rose above the $12,000 mark and decreased back. The entire trade seems to be on a break in the past hours.

The last 24 hours have been fairly positive for crypto, with trades profiting more than $13 billion from $374 billion to about $387 billion in the last 24 hours. It even increased to about $394 billion few hours ago when BTC got to $12,000.

BTC increased to a daily high of about $12,050 but couldn't maintain the increase, so it fell back to $11,800.

This has occurred many times this year; BTC keeps trying to rise above $12,000 but was met with massive resistance. But, if Bitcoin can safely rise above $12,000, the next resistance level will be $12,500 before possibly rising to $12,850.

Also, gold has been increasing in value after the United States announced 2% as its aim for average inflation. The price of gold went above $1,990 but could not rise above $2,000 before returning to its current $1,960.
