Reggie Fowler's Lawyers to Pull out as His Counsel

Fowler's lawyers, who have been indicted for operating a shady shadow bank to the cryptocurrency world, Crypto Capital, have submitted a document to withdraw their services for Fowler and his company.

According to the document, the lawyers representing Reggie talked about pulling out from the current case between Reggie Fowler and the United States government since the 26th of February, after the businessman declined a nine-figure appeal agreement the month before.

Cryptocurrency trading firms, Bitifinex and Tether allege that the Panama-based shadow financial institution lost over $800 million in finances they committed to the company in a chain of enforcement acts targeted at financial institutions utilized by the company.

The document from Reggies's lawyers doesn't contain detailed explanations why they want to pull out, albeit it says technical deliberations necessitate their withdrawal.
New York rules demand that the lawyers only pull out via a court order if the pulling out can be achieved without significant negative results on the part of the client.

He who comes to equity must come with a clean hand! The lawyer's pull out is inevitable since he has been indicted for operating illegal shadow banking.

According to the motion, filed in the U.S. Southern District Court of New York, McGovern and Hefter have informed Fowler multiple times since Feb. 26 of this year that they wished to withdraw. They asked the court to delay deadlines in the case to allow Fowler's new representation to get up to speed.

The news was revealed Friday in a telephone status call attended by Assistant US Attorneys Jessica Greenwood, Sheb Swett and Sam Rothschild; Fowler’s defense team, James McGovern, Michael Hefter, and Sam Rackear of Hogan Lovells, and Scott Rosenblum of Rosenblum Schwartz & Fry; and Fowler himself. Fowler, a former NFL investor — who resides in Chandler, Arizona, and is free on bail — is accused of setting up a shadow banking service that has been linked to Crypto Capital, a Panamanian firm at the center of the New York Attorney General’s investigation into crypto firms Bitfinex and Tether.
