After conducting many surveys with users, we found that many users misunderstand that the prices in Remitano are less attractive than other exchanges, but in fact the prices displayed in Remitano are the final price and have included fees while other exchanges' prices usually show prices excluding trade fees.
For that reason, with the desire to provide the best trading experience for users, from 23:28 July 10, 2022 (GMT+7), Remitano Swap will change the way prices are displayed, prices will no longer include transaction fees.
Previously, the prices displayed on the Swap page have included transaction fees and they were the final prices you had to pay (no other fees), so with this price you will feel less competitive compared to other exchanges.
Currently, the displayed prices are converted to the prices without transaction fees to avoid misunderstandings like above.
To check the expected amount of fees, please click on the letter i next to the line of the amount of coins you will receive. The window as shown below will appear, you will see the expected fee for the trade.
To check the actual amount of fees collected, go to the list of closed swap orders and click View detail, then click on the letter i next to the line Received amount.
The amount of fees collected will be displayed as shown.
