BTC tried reaching the $11,800 mark again but failed, so it stays at its present price of $11,680 while ETH has risen above the $400 mark as other lower market altcoins remain unstable.
If Bitcoin rises above $11,800, it could move upwards to $11,940, which is another resistance line before moving to $12,000 and $12,450.
It is interesting to note that the price pattern of BTC and gold have continued to be similar. Gold has also tried reaching the $1,960 mark, but still roams around $1,930.
While gold and Bitcoin continue their price pattern correlation, the stock exchange experienced gains yesterday, with the news of a possible treatment for COVID-19 announced.
After decreasing to about $380 in the past days, ETH rose above $400. It even peaked at $410 but went back a little to $402.
Also, the 1% increase experienced by XRP was not enough to rise above $0.30.
