As per a report made available by the local news media, Allan Ledwaba, who invested with the Forex organization owned by Shezi, was defrauded of money worth more than Rs500,000 ($33,000).
It all began when Ledwaba went to one Seminar, which was said to be organized by Shezi.
He emphasized that the trading account containing more than $5.9 million and the Ferrari and Lamborghini cars claimed to be Shezi’s own is what Shezi used to lure him into believing him.
He further explained that after giving in to Shezi’s trick, he went ahead to borrow a sum of $33,000 from his father, which he then put in the investment.
However, after putting his money into the investment, he said he started being skeptical.
He said they had an agreement that Shezi would help him in trading the money and profits would be given to him yearly before eventually collecting the complete capital invested.
But he started being suspicious when he had a conversation with the Director of the legal firm claimed to be involved in the contract, the Director denied being involved in any deal with Shezi.
Ledwaba further explained that since the time of investment, he had collected a profit of just $2,600 from Shezi.
He also made it known that Shezi bought a Motor for him, which according to him, is meant for the promotion of his Company.
News also published that Shezi advised a past School head to resign from his teaching profession and invest the pension to make more income.
He promised the man that he would be paid Monthly from the amount realized from the investment.
The man reportedly invested about 67,000 dollars about three years ago; the man claims that Shezi has been owing him the promised monthly earnings since then and was paid just about $6,700 when he requested reimbursement.
Meanwhile, reports cited that the Lawyer to the Accused claimed that Ledwaba has been levelling a false allegation against his client, which has led to him receiving many complaints.
He also claimed that Selling the Car meant for Company promotion means Ledwaba has breached their agreement.
