Petition for Crypto Fraud Compensation Fund Gets more Severe as Onecoin Victims Join the List

Victims of Onecoin have collaborated with an association attaining to make the EU regard a petition questing the establishment of a compensation fund. The allocated fund visualized by the EU tends to serve as an insurance fund for every victim's fraud from crypto. A levy has been proceeded by the victims.

Jonathan Levy, a lawyer from a victim, says a decision has been made to visit the council since nobody is attempting correctives. However, victims feel a bit assured by the latest reports stating that the EU is planning to establish a region for crypto assets, and it will be progressive by 2022!

Jonathan also tells the news that failure to regulate rules in most EU states and unrestrained administration is aiding fraudster and will not ease it. Jonathan Levy claims that the government knows the act of the scammers.

Jonathan says that fraudsters entice victims into investing in different online platforms before actually scamming them.

Onecoin Ponzi stays functional even with the charges against some of its mastermind. Jonathan is, however, prompting victims to assist the petition through their registration with the EU.

The victims of onecoin should be compensated, and the allocated fund visualized by the EU for every victim of crypto fraud is a good move. i like that. i have been a victim of fraud, lost a lot of money, it took me years to get back on my two feet, the compensation insurance funds its one niice development.

Well said! The lawyers would always argue to make their earnings but what due diligence does the investors make before committing their hard earned incomes to online platform?? I think that the scammers often meet statutory requirements with the state in paying their taxes and obtaining approximate licences before making the show sour...in this light, all stake holders could be said to have portion of blames to be allotted against them: the scammers, the investors and the government.
