Weekly Market Recap: 8th - 11th February

Monday:

Bitcoin traded at the $40,000 level over the weekend. By Monday, It tried to break into the $41,000 level but was not able to do so and went into a correction that saw it dip below $38,600 the level. A low cropped up close to the $37,400 level, after which the price began a recovery to trade above $39,450 finally.
Ethereum reached an all-time high of $1,760. It began a correction, and it traded below $1,500. It formed a low close to $1,487 after the price started an increase to trade above $1,650.
Ripple began a decline after its weekend rally and fell below $0.4000. It formed a low close to $0.3442 before it started a correction to the upside. It is currently trading close to $0.4300.
Bitcoin cash's market cap of $8.48B was trumped by meme coin, DOGE, which stands at $9.59B and XLM at $8.63B. As of the time of this report, It traded above $450.
Ricardo Salinas Pliego, the third richest man in Mexico who is valued at $13B, disclosed that 10% of his liquid portfolio is invested in Bitcoin.

Tuesday:

Bitcoin reached a record high at $48,000. The gain of over 20% happened after Tesla, the number one electric car manufacturer, purchased Bitcoin worth $1.5B with some of its company's liquid cash. Some analysts saw it as a sign that the price could reach $70,000. Others thought it was a sign that more powerhouses would join Tesla's move.
Ethereum declined before it began an increase. It reached a new high at $1,779 before starting a correction.
Ripple saw a sign of strong buying interest in XRP. Buyers bought into every dip any time there was a decline. It cleared the $0.4200 resistance level and traded above the $0.4500 level. Litecoin traded above $160 while Bitcoin cash traded above $480.

Wednesday:

After yesterday's all-time high at $48,216, bitcoin began to undergo a correction. It declined below $48,000, $47,000 and even dipped below $46,000. It declined to $45,500 before the price began an increase. It traded above $45,000. It traded above $45,000. Short term, bitcoin showed signs of weakening bullishness. Although the Relative Strength Index (RSI) showed that the BTC was above 70, the MACD was moving up, and the Stochastic oscillator formed a bullish cross (green arrow).
Not long after its ATH at $1,770, Ethereum climbed again to reach a high at $1800. It corrected to trade below $1,750. But began a new increase and soared above $1,800 again to attain a new ATH very close to $1,830. It didn't sustain that climb and also declined to trade above $1,720.
Ripple scaled through critical resistance levels at $0.47, $0.5, and the $0.55 level before going into a decline. It is currently in an uptrend and traded above $0.480.
Litecoin traded at a yearly high of $195, a gain of 25%. Bitcoin cash traded above $420.

Thursday:

Bitcoin went into a decline to trade below the $46,000 level before moving into an immediate bearish turn. It declined to $46,000 before beginning a new increase. It traded at the $48,000 zone before retracing a.little to trade at $47,800.
After reaching a new all-time high at $1,840, Ethereum began a decline. It corrected the $1,700 level before starting a new climb at $1,730 and traded above $1,780.
Litecoin started a correction after its peak at $195 the previous day. It traded above $185. Ripple dipped to $0.45 before correcting higher to trade above $0.50, while Bitcoin cash traded above $520.

Friday

After reaching a new all-time high at the $49,000 level, bitcoin began another decline. However, the daily RSI has indicated a bearish divergence, and the volume during the most current climb was very low. Despite these bullish signs, indications suggest that the trend is still bullish, with the MACD & Stochastic Oscillator even on the increase.

In conclusion, there were many all-time highs attained by bitcoin and Ethereum this week, and the market was bullish.
