No! changing network protocols have less to do with crypto value worth neither can it provide sufficient reason for it to overtake Bitcoin. The conditions for attaining sufficient edge for overtaking in the crypto market includes; Surpassing market capitalization values fuelled by increasing use cases, consistent trading volume, mass adoption and listings across vast exchanges including real-time payments.
