Jag Singh, the chief executive officer and co-founder of Vid foundation, announced the commencement of staking on Vid. The Vid social media platform, which rewards users, will now allow new users to join VID and stake their tokens after revealing its intention to enable further staking in its VIT.
The CEO affirmed that a total of 14 million VIT could be staked on Vid from September 1st till November. Singh emphasized that the annualized percentage rate would not change; neither will the new plan affect existing investors.
