Financial market is not prepared for Bitcoin bond

According to MicroStrategy CEO Michael Saylor, traditional financial markets aren't quite ready for Bitcoin-backed bonds.

Saylor told Bloomberg on Tuesday that he'd love to see Bitcoin-backed bonds marketed in the same way that mortgage-backed securities are but added that "the market isn't quite prepared for that right now." A term loan from a financial institution would be the next best option."

Two days ago, MicroStrategy's Bitcoin-specific subsidiary MacroStrategy stated that it has signed out a $205 million Bitcoin-collateralized loan to buy even more BTC. This was a one-of-a-kind loan since it was MicroStrategy's first time using its Bitcoin holdings — which are presently worth over $6 billion — to purchase more of the coin.

El Salvador's latest move to delay issuing its $1 billion Bitcoin-backed "Volcano Bond" on March 23rd has prompted Saylor's remarks. The move to postpone the bond was made owing to general financial anxiety in the world economy caused by the situation in Ukraine, as per El Salvador's Finance Minister Alejandro Zelaya.

Shiba Inu team launches Metaverse

Shiba Inu (SHIB) creators have launched "SHIB: The Metaverse," a much-discussed virtual reality initiative. The creators have chosen ETH as a land price currency rather than SHIB.

According to a recent blog post, the metaverse will include 100,595 land parcels. The public lands will be available to buy, while the private lands that symbolize major metaverse sites will be sealed.

The plots will be delivered in stages. The first phase will see 36,431 plots of land unlocked, divided into four classes: Silver Fur, Gold Tail, Platinum Paw, and Diamond Teeth, with values ranging from 0.2 to 1 ETH.

All tokens SHIB, LEASH, and BONE will play a part as the stages progress. However, since this cash raised will be utilized to finance Metaverse development, ETH rather than a SHIB would be used for purchasing. As a result, the group wants to make a "neutral coin" as a land price token that could be converted into stablecoins and used to compensate for all sources.

According to the statement, users who own property in the Shiba Inu-influenced environment will be capable of earning an income stream, acquiring in-game materials, and earning awards. The team will also introduce innovative methods to gain.

Billy Markus, a co-founder of Dogecoin, poked fun at Shiba Inu's latest metaverse initiative. He claimed that using Ethereum to create "random metaverse" and "sell phony land" would not improve SHIB's usefulness.

I don't think financial markets aren't ready for Bitcoin bonds but the market conditions is something not favourable sometimes.

MicroStrategy’s Michael Saylor sharing his thoughts around bitcoin-backed bonds which have been gaining popularity after El Salvador announced that it would be launching the first one. Saylor who is a staunch advocate of BTC explained where he saw the market right now in terms of bitcoin bonds and whether or not the crypto space was ready to have one but this does not mean he is against the project. With my researches, Metaverse is a virtual world where people can interact using their virtual 3D avatars and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). In the Shiba Inu metaverse, three crypto tokens will be used, which are SHIB, LEASH, and BONE, while Ethereum (ETH) will be used for buying land in the metaverse world. Let's keep watching how things unfolds.

Saylor is only entitled to his opinion. He may have the right to think a-such because he is an advocate of $BTC. Well, I will like to think otherwise, ready or not, the financial markets can handle herself quite well. The #METAVERSE is another revolution in the crypto space. I like the potentials it holds and if Shiba inu has launch it's own metaverse then we should be expecting a kinesis in $shiba

I don't really understand this ancestry way of Government. the world now is in another generation (E-currency). In which they have to adjust to it, but due to there lack of knowledge about it there posing ignorance. In my own suggestions the world is always ready for any changes in the system. If they refused to implement it, how will they be able to know if the financial markets is ready or not. they have to implement the Bitcoin bond market before they will be able to know what to prepared for and which area they need to make a correction. thanks
