It is not good enough to bug support with loads of complaint about traces of suspicion on your trading account where you have no cogent evidence to back your claims.
Sometimes, one of the best ways to detect unauthorized access is by checking location and IP address on the log in the user dashboard.
The location simply discloses the country of the user while the IP address showcases the assigned internet protocol ID attached to the user internet network mostly identifiable and attached to a location (Country).
Going by the foregoing, you can check the location and IP protocols using your account via the settings and then click "The last account activities" to be able to check the history on the log. This history would display location IP address with date and time of access to account. Based on your log history after verifying the log you should be able to know what next to do especially when you notice a strange location and IP address at odd date and time in the record!!
Once your log can be verified you would not need to deluge support with request that you can handle yourself by simply resetting your security features.
I do hope that you understand how to access your log to know if there is unauthorized access or not?
