World Famous Musical Artist Akon plans to build another new-age city, this time, in Uganda.
With intentions of revolutionizing Africa, Akon announces plans to create a modernized city from scratch —a second of a kind.

Akon’s plans to build another futuristic cryptocurrency city in Africa are already underway.
The city is a second of its kind. The first is already on its way in his motherland, Senegal. It is a $6 billion worth structure, referred by Akon as the “real life Wakanda.”
The Ugandan Minister of State for Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Isaac Musumba has already announced the approval of the Ugandan government. A land over a square mile will be provided, as explained by the minister. This would provide suitable space to generate and utilize resources to the max.
Similar to his first project, this city is going to use his stellar-based cryptocurrency, Akoin.This would increase trading volumes for the cryptocurrency as well as provide an overall surge in cryptocurrency use in Africa.

This is currently in full drive since the coin is already in use at the Mwale Medical and Technology City (MMTC), Kenya. It is even being said that the coin will soon be used exclusively by the elapse of 2021.
Akon further explained how his project was directed at the growth of the African continent. This is by creating reasons for Africans to learn to grow and create opportunities for themselves ; this was his response when asked if the Ugandans would be able to afford to live in such a modernized city.
“My true calling is to develop Africa, whatever it takes.”
Akon further explained how he was planning to import professional trainers to help locals learn and understand to utilize and harness information they would need to run the city. He emphasized one major issue faced in Africa and that is lack of information. He believes that Africans deserve to be taught and grasp necessary information.
