Maker vs taker orders

Maker vs taker orders; if you have used remitano for a while or if you have been using any crpto exchange you should know about maker or taker orders. The words have to do with whether you are making liquidity or taking liquidity from the exchange. Let’s use remitano as an example, when you use the buy now or sell now option you are taking liquidity so you are a taker, takers usually have higher fees. If however you choose to create an ad for buying or selling, you are making liquidity so you are a maker, makers usually have lower fees. Thus everyone might want to be a maker but makers also bear their own risks, they provide liquidity to the exchange but are usually more prone to price changes since they have to wait longer for their orders to be filled. So would you rather be a maker or taker?

Hi, thanks for your thoughts on this. I found it quite useful as I have just started trading crypto and still learning how the digital currency market works :) #Remitano Mission
