BTC's market supply surges past its record in 2017, while ETH has attempted to regain its previous value.
Cryptocurrency trade data analyst, Glassnode has released details showing that the BTC market supply has surged more than 50% since it reached a record high of $20,000 three years ago.
The supply cap benchmark measures Bitcoin's price the last time it was moved on the chain, which makes it possible for analysts to calculate the sum value of trade participants.
However, cryptocurrencies on centralized trading firms are not present in the benchmark, showing that the data is likely more precise to long-term traders' value basis than day-to-day traders.
BTC's realized capitalization presently stays at $115 billion, making it $43 billion higher than its 2017 record high. BTC's present market capitalization of $190 billion indicates that Bitcoin owners are presently having a sum gain of 65%.
Unlike BTC, ETH's supply cap is at $26.3 billion, which is still far from regaining its former all-time high, which is presently 25% lesser than its all-time high of $35 billion two years ago.

Market Cap progressive report is cool! I think the report will be more appreciated by the long term investors. Short term investors care more about increasing price action!!
