If you are an individual or a small business, you can use Invoices to easily request a crypto payment from your customers or friends. This feature is easily accessible to Remitano users in countries where crypto payments are legal who have Level 5 KYC and verified phone numbers. Invoicing is a feature that allows you to request crypto from a specific email address or Remitano username. You will be given a one-time payment link when you create an invoice. The payer can view the invoice details and complete the crypto payment using their Remitano account once the link is sent.
Products is a Remitano Pay feature that allows merchants to easily request crypto for a specific product by using a payment link. To begin using this feature, you must first register as a Remitano Merchant here. This payment method is suitable for online businesses without their own website. You will receive the multiple payment link for this product after creating a product link. Unlike an invoice, a product payment link allows multiple customers to pay through it, so you can send it to multiple customers. Your customers will be able to review the information and make a crypto payment using their Remitano account.
If you own a business website, having a complete checkout system easily integrated on your site so that users can check out quickly and immediately would be preferable. To accept crypto on your website, you should first register as a Remitano Merchant here. Remitano will review your request after you have completed a simple KYC of filling out basic information. Following the completion of the KYC process, you will be able to integrate with our gateway via the Remitano API, Plug-in, or Payment Buttons. Furthermore, businesses can install plugins to easily accept cryptocurrency payments in Wordpress, Woocommerce, and Opencart platforms. After that, customers can select Remitano as a payment method during the checkout process. It's as simple as that, crypto payment made simple.

Payments from customers are deposited directly into the merchant's wallet. Only the merchant has access to this wallet. The system is completely peer-to-peer, from customer to merchant.
As Bitcoin and altcoins continue to be extremely volatile; crypto prices can fluctuate by 15% in an hour. To help merchants manage their revenue more effectively, the coins they receive will instantly convert to the stable coin USDT. Crypto tokens have the same value in relation to a country's currency over time. The USDT has similar exchange rate with the US dollar. It is simple for merchants to exchange it for local fiat currency or convert it to their preferred coins.
How do we calculate USDT amount from fiat amount?
1 - First, we will calculate the USDT amount using available buy offers from your trading countries on our P2P platform.
For example, if your charge is 10000 NGN and there is a buy offer for 1000 USDT in our P2P platform at the price of 1 USDT = 500 NGN, we will set the coin amount of that charge to 10000/500 = 20 USDT. After the charge is completed, you will have 20 USDT in your Remitano USDT wallet, which you can sell to any buyer on our p2p platform at any time to obtain your 100,000 ngn.
2 - If there are no available buy offers in our P2P platform in your charge fiat currency, we will calculate the USD amount by using the currency rates at https://openexchangerates.org and converting USD to USDT at the rate 1 USD = 1 USDT.
For example, if your charge is 10000 NGN and there are no available buy offers in our P2P platform that buys USDT from NGN, and the current currency rates at http://openexchangerates.org are 1 USD = 500 NGN, we will set the coin amount to 10000/500 = 20 USD = 20 USDT.
How to pay using Crypto with Remitano Pay?
The Remitano cryptocurrency Payment Gateway accepts a variety of payment methods:
Using Remitano coin wallet If your coin balance is sufficient for the crypto payment, then Great! You only need a few more seconds to complete the transaction. All you have to do is select your preferred coin to make payments. This payment will be processed by the system using your coin balance. If the coin you choose is not USDT, the system will convert it to USDT to complete the transaction, and you will be charged the swap fee.
Deposit coin If your coin wallet is not from Remitano, the system will allow you to deposit coins from that wallet into the Remitano wallet. If the coin you deposited is not USDT, the system will automatically convert it to USDT and charge you the swap fee. After making a deposit to the specified address, click "I have deposited" to confirm. The system will take care of the rest.
Buy USDT for Remitano “Buy & Sell” If you don't have any coins, don't fret! You can buy USDT with your fiat via the P2P marketplace "Buy & Sell." If you select this option, the system will allow you to purchase the same amount of USDT as your payment. Following a successful purchase,the system will proceed with this payment automatically using the USDT amount you purchased.
