Ethereum node is a connection point, which represents a redistribution point or a communication endpoint (some terminal devices).

Node" refers to a piece of software known as a client. A client is an implementation of Ethereum that verifies all transactions in each block, keeping the network secure and the data accurate.

Full node is somebody connected to p2p network that verifies the blocks. I believe that all ethereum clients at this point are full nodes.
