The Russian government has begun to ban several crypto websites ahead of the crypto regulation scheduled to take place in the country. Bestchange.ru, an exchange website that has been banned twice, has already been given another notice.
Bestchange.ru stated that it has started researching how to reverse the ban, but it might take a while. The platform helps customers get the best rates for crypto and other online banking as well. The website was first blocked in 2017 and then restored in 2018. It was blocked again along with some other crypto websites in March 2019 and was reversed in May 2019.
