Bitcoin (BTC) bulls were denied in their bid to reclaim resistance near $40,000 on Monday, according to data from Cointelegraph Markets Pro and TradingView, as reports about the imminent executive decree and the current situation in Ukraine depressed the stock and sent BTC to a bottom of $37,155.

Crypto trader and pseudonymous Twitter user 'Crypto Tony' had a gloomy outlook for the current market movement, posting the graph below, indicating the possibility of a collapse into the low $20,000s for BTC if existing resistance marks are broken.

He was quoted as saying, “Unless we start seizing some key supply zones, this is something we'll have to think about." Many people will be caught by surprise by this rough B wave."

Expert and Cointelegraph writer Michal van de Poppe, who uploaded the chart below indicating a probable retreat in BTC value to the low $36,000 zone, had a more bullish perspective on the present dip.

He said, "Well, following a setback at $39,200, Bitcoin is still reducing. Assuming we'll grab the bottom for some liquidity before attempting to build upward momentum."

"All collaborators have agreed to include content made by historically underrepresented groups in at minimum 50% of all Web3 teaching resources," Carter stated.

Whereas Carter feels that women are beginning to join the Web3 arena, she still feels that the sector is frequently misconstrued and frightening. "I believe women can join Web3, but training is still necessary." Women, for instance, may be unable to compete for a Web3 position if they only match specific qualifications. Carter announced that on March 8 — International Women's Day — Unstoppable Women of Web3 would hold a 24-hour Twitter space conversation to address topics on web3. She further mentioned that on International Women's Day, Unstoppable Domains would release the names of 100 important women in Web3 to highlight creativity in this new area.
