- The Remitano 12th Birthday campaign runs from 16 September to 8 October 2026, unless otherwise stated by Remitano.
- Participation is open to eligible Remitano users who meet the requirements of the respective birthday activities.
- Participants must follow the instructions provided for each activity to qualify.
- For the #MyRemitanoTrustJourney UGC challenge, eligible entries must use the official hashtag #MyRemitanoTrustJourney and comply with the stated contest requirements.
- UGC submissions must be original content created by the participant and must not infringe the rights of any third party.
- Only eligible submissions made on user's own Public Social Media Page that meet the campaign requirements will be considered for prizes.
- Winners will be selected according to the criteria communicated for each activity.
- Winners may be contacted using their registered account details or the contact information provided during participation. Keep an eye on your inbox for winner notifications.
- Participants may be required to provide the necessary information to receive their prize.
- Prizes are subject to the specific reward structure communicated for each activity. The total birthday campaign prize pool is up to $10,000 in cash and vouchers, while the #MyRemitanoTrustJourney challenge has up to $100 prize pool.
- Cash prizes are reserved for participants who complete the required Bonus Anniversary Missions (Swap, Sell, or P2P) within the campaign window. Participants who complete the Trust Journey Challenge without completing a qualifying Bonus Mission will receive a trading voucher instead of a cash reward.
- Daily Social Media rewards are subject to the daily activity rules and eligibility requirements communicated on the relevant Remitano posts.
- By submitting your content, you grant Remitano the right to repost, reproduce, edit and use it for promotional and marketing purposes across its channels without additional compensation.
- Remitano reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading, abusive, duplicated, or otherwise violate the campaign rules.
