U.S. Court Dismisses Lawsuit on Crypto Platform

The amendment complaint in the lawsuit that accused nine defendants, for collusion has been dismissed by a U.S. court in Miami.

On that account, the accused are as follows; kraken founder Jesse Powell, Bitcoin.com founder Johan Wu and a few open-source Bitcoin cash developers.

As at the time of writing this news, the following information was gathered;

A U.S. court in Miami has dismissed an amendment complaint in a lawsuit that accused nine defendants.

It was gathered that the accused were as follows; Kraken founder Jesse Powell, Bitcoin.com founder Johan Wu and a few other open-source Bitcoin cash developers.

On March 31,2021 the amendment complaint under the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure was dismissed by magistrate Judge Chris McAliley.

After the Bitcoin cash (BCH) network splitter in 2008, a Florida-based blockchain company called United American Corp-united (UAC) attempted to charge a number of well known Cryptocurrency veterans and developers to court for allegedly involved in a scheme in order to manipulate the Cryptocurrency market for bitcoin cash (BCH).

The court case which had lasted for over two years, was later dismissed by Judge Chris MC Alley against the defendant without prejudice, which means that the firm could amend the complaint.

It is also on record that on Wednesday March 31, 2021, Judge Chris McAliley dismissed the amendment complaint under the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure.

McAliley has equally discussed a number of complaints from UAC's attorney set out to be argued and the magistrate noted that the allegations did not probably mean crime.

Other important updates from the news include;

McAliley has concluded that UAC can continue with the case by appealing to the Supreme Court for the eleventh circuit and before 30 days.

McAliley equally orders for further emphasises that it would be pointless to allow UAC to proceed with further attempts in order to state a claim for the defendant.
