Using the Fiat (MYR) Wallet

First of all, you have to log in to your Remitano account or create an account if you have none.

Then select the DASHBOARD link located on the top right side of the account page.

How to Deposit

To deposit, find the MYR wallet and select DEPOSIT.

You will have to type in the amount of money you want to deposit and select DEPOSIT.

Then select which BANK to deposit the funds into.

You can now see the fiat deposit details and may discontinue the transaction (if it was wrongly prompted) by selecting CANCEL MY DEPOSIT. Otherwise, allow the transaction to be completed.

How to Withdraw

In order to withdraw, enter the MYR wallet and select WITHDRAW.

For initial withdrawals, you will have to create a new account by clicking on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT

Choose the bank you want to withdraw the funds from. You will have to fill out the bank account number and name.

Then type in the amount you wish to withdraw in the AMOUNT checkbox.

Then confirm the account creation process by selecting CONFIRM.

Finally, analyse and confirm that the withdrawal information is correct, and select WITHDRAW. You may view your transaction history afterwards.

2. My Remitano account is not verified, could this stop me from making deposits and withdrawals?
   Unless the user has completed his or her KYC verification, he or she can not withdraw or deposit from their wallets.
