Tyler Winklevoss says most of the support the price of Bitcoin receives is from the federal reserve. This is because the aftereffect of containing the pandemic across America's financial state causes the federal reserve to unintentionally make BTC more attractive than the dollar. One of Gemini exchange creators argued in a tweet posted on the 25th of August that this 'unintentional' support would keep on strengthening the crypto asset.

A speech is scheduled to be delivered on August 27 by Jerome Powell, the federal reserve's 16th and current chairman. He would be talking about how the federal reserve would begin aiming at higher inflation.

Expectations all over the federal reserve unintentionally promoting safe havens like the gold and Bitcoin have been building up, as the two assets' price rises.

Dr Ed Yardens, the president of Yardens Research Inc., stated around early August that increased inflation would be wildly bullish for precious metals.

Bloomberg L.P. is a privately held financial, software, data, and media company that announced that the interest rate should remain close to zero five years from now.

Jason Furman, an American economist and professor at Harvard University also announced that he would not be startled if interest rate still remains zero till the next five years.

The federal reserve has stayed away from the negative interest rate. A report stated around may that BTC was a natural focus for fund managers whose objective is to reduce the impact of such financial policy.
