Onchain data has shown that BTC holders with about 1000 BTC is over 1,900 and hasn't reached this level in the last four years.

Weekly analysis of the frequency of whales holding bitcoin has increased by a 2% margin. This implies that the frequency of high BTC holders has grown since Paypal announced its support for crypto. The rise in the frequency of whales indicates that several investors expect a rise in BTC price later.

  • The number of wallets holding 10000-1M BTC has risen to 2,125 from 1,709
  • There are six crypto exchanges amount the top 20 whales holding BTC
  • Huobi has the highest number with 203,502 Bitcoin in an address.

Reports from 5 months ago indicate about 2002 wallets with 100 thousand to 1M BTC, which implies that the current number has increased with almost 123 whales. While the crypto community has been paying attention to the rise in bitcoin price in the past weeks, some have noticed the increase in whales' frequency, which is a positive for BTC price and bull markets.
