Since the partnership between blockchain technology firm Paxos and Fintech body Paypal, both parties have highly benefited. PayPal had extended customer outreach and heightened user-friendliness while Paxos was thrown into a whole different cryptocurrency path. This has inspired funding programs directed at establishing greater crypto potentials.

On Thursday, the company announced that they had raised $300 million Series D funding. This brings total reserves to a total of $500 million. A value allocated to future plans and projects for enhanced crypto adaptations. Ultimately, this brings the company's net worth to a total of $2.4 billion.
The funding program was set up to drive the establishment of major cryptocurrency adoptions within the firm. A “Crypto Empire”, to be precise. One that will stand out amongst other crypto platforms and hopefully reel in major investors.
