How to Deposit and Withdraw with the Fiat (ZAR) Wallet

To deposit, first, go to dashboard — > wallet — > South African Rand Wallet.

As can be seen on the left side, there's a new option to deposit and withdraw in Rands.

Choose a bank to deposit from — > go to your bank app and complete the transfer. Enter the required information and make sure you are sending funds from a verified name, including:

• Amount
• Reference message
• Bank name
• Bank account name
• Bank account number

Make payments to the deposit details shown

To withdraw, go to dashboard — > Wallet — >Wallet South African Rand Wallet— > withdraw.

Create an account — > enter the bank account details — > enter the amount you want to withdraw

As can be seen here, you will get a prompt on your profile to create or add a new account, if you so choose. Tap on the 'create account’ and you'll be able to add corresponding bank name, account name, and account number.

Confirm and withdraw the amount — > check the withdrawal history for the status of your transaction

Here are some additional considerations for tier account holders on our platform, as well as clarification on our terms of use of the fiat (ZAR) wallet.

• Remitano is alpha testing the new ZAR wallet. During the alpha testing stage, users of level 4 and 5 are allowed to deposit and withdraw amounts no greater than 8000 ZAR from the system.
