A popular United Kingdom publication has reported BTC's price rise on the financial market to its over 20 million subscribers.
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can now be found on popular newspaper in England, the Independent. The publication was about BTC's late annual increase to $12,000.
The recent increase implies that BTC's value has almost tripled since March, regardless of a decline in the world economy due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Other digital assets have reflected BTC's prospect with ETH increasing from $100 to the present value of $425.
The U.K newspaper also likened BTC with gold as a safe and secure asset for traders to invest in this global economic decline.
BTC's has seen its value increase significantly this year as financial institutions have made many liberal regulations to reduce the economic effect of the Corona Virus outbreak, making some firms to review cryptocurrency as a legal store of value
