CARDANO ADA AND MARKET REVIEW
Cardano ADA nearly hit two dollars, and there are several speculations that Tesla will be accepting ADA as payment.
The crypto market went haywire yesterday when Tesla and Elon Musk announced that they would no longer accept Bitcoin as payment for the time being. The market is still in the reds today; before the Tesla announcement, a dip was caused by Tesla because they sold ten percent of their Bitcoin. Although Elon Musk announced that Tesla would be looking into other cryptocurrencies that are less than one percent of the power consumption of Bitcoin mining, people have speculations that Cardano ADA will be the first option. Tesla may consider Cardano ADA, Dogecoin, Litecoin, and probably Bitcoin Cash.
We are currently in a dip in the crypto space; the good thing about it is that many people are taking it as an opportunity to buy dips, enhance their position, and hodl before the market begins to move upwards again.
Cardano ADA is doing pretty well today, and many people have speculations that Tesla will be accepting ADA as payment soon. If you remember, around the Mary Hard Fork update launch in March, Elon Musk was trolling the update on Twitter, but he has not done anything or mentioned anything concerning Cardano since then. If the speculations turn out to be true in the end, it will be massive for Cardano ADA, and the price will surge up.
Cardano ADA went up by over six percent today and almost hit the two-dollar mark. Cardano is getting close to the launch of the test net for smart contracts, which will eventually lead to the main net launch. There is a high possibility that the demand for ADA will go up, leading to the launch of the test net and main net, and after the main net launch, projects will start launching on the Cardano blockchain.
Many projects are already preparing for the launch of Goguen and smart contracts. All the projects launching on the Cardano blockchain will be available on the swap website, and they will have to be paired with ADA; this will cause a supply shock to ADA. Because of the ADA pairing on the swap website, all the projects will have to acquire ADA. It also happened with Ethereum and Binance BNB when UniSwap and PancakeSwap became popular.
From the look of things and how the market is moving, ADA may be breaking the two-dollar mark very soon. It will be a big achievement for Cardano and leading into the test net coming in for smart contracts, demand will pick up, and towards the middle of summer, a five-dollar or ten-dollar ADA will be looking very feasible.
Ethereum’s gas fees are a major selling point for the Cardano blockchain. The Cardano blockchain has an ERC-20 token converter, allowing projects on the Ethereum blockchain to convert to the Cardano blockchain easily. By doing so, they will have to be on the Cardano swaps and need to provide ADA for liquidity. These projects will have to buy ADA, thereby causing a scarcity of ADA.
