Wallet lock.

My wallets have been locked for the over 12 hours I have sent messages to support with no response that says how long it will take. Has anyone experienced this? How long did it take?
This is going to affect my livelihood.

I have contacted livechat and they said it’s under investigation. I don’t know why or how long it will take. no information at all from them.

my coin has been locked for over 12 hours because I sent it to an obsolete wallet and I was asked to contact support team which I did right away and I have been ignored, please I need to know how my funds can be unlocked
