Algorand target Europe for their $500k accelerator program investment after the successful one in Asia
Algorand Foundation is looking forward to bringing it's accelerator project to Europe and will be tagged Algorand Europe. This project will support many different developers and entrepreneurs in Europe by helping them build their applications working on the Algorand site.
Capital will be distributed to eligible individuals looking forward to promoting their business on the Algorand platform.

Major Updates:
- Algorand’s launching a new accelerator program in Europe
- Algorand already has a successful accelerator program launched in Asia
- An initial seed fund of 15,000 USD will be given to ten projects selected for the program.
- Successful projects will then be given up to 500,00 USD from Borderless Capital and LongHash.
- Algorand is recognized because of their involvement in many new projects like the CBDC
- The program is scheduled to run for twelve weeks and some mentors have been onboarded.
Algorand Is well recognized because of its involvement in many international financial technologies development, including blockchain from many countries. The CBDC that's currently underway on the Marshall Islands also has the participation of Algorand. They showed interest in this project since March 2020.
