Saylor told Bloomberg on Tuesday that he'd love to see Bitcoin-backed bonds marketed in the same way that mortgage-backed securities are but added that "the market isn't quite prepared for that right now." A term loan from a financial institution would be the next best option."

Two days ago, MicroStrategy's Bitcoin-specific subsidiary MacroStrategy stated that it has signed out a $205 million Bitcoin-collateralized loan to buy even more BTC. This was a one-of-a-kind loan since it was MicroStrategy's first time using its Bitcoin holdings — which are presently worth over $6 billion — to purchase more of the coin.
El Salvador's latest move to delay issuing its $1 billion Bitcoin-backed "Volcano Bond" on March 23rd has prompted Saylor's remarks. The move to postpone the bond was made owing to general financial anxiety in the world economy caused by the situation in Ukraine, as per El Salvador's Finance Minister Alejandro Zelaya.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) creators have launched "SHIB: The Metaverse," a much-discussed virtual reality initiative. The creators have chosen ETH as a land price currency rather than SHIB.
According to a recent blog post, the metaverse will include 100,595 land parcels. The public lands will be available to buy, while the private lands that symbolize major metaverse sites will be sealed.
The plots will be delivered in stages. The first phase will see 36,431 plots of land unlocked, divided into four classes: Silver Fur, Gold Tail, Platinum Paw, and Diamond Teeth, with values ranging from 0.2 to 1 ETH.

All tokens SHIB, LEASH, and BONE will play a part as the stages progress. However, since this cash raised will be utilized to finance Metaverse development, ETH rather than a SHIB would be used for purchasing. As a result, the group wants to make a "neutral coin" as a land price token that could be converted into stablecoins and used to compensate for all sources.
According to the statement, users who own property in the Shiba Inu-influenced environment will be capable of earning an income stream, acquiring in-game materials, and earning awards. The team will also introduce innovative methods to gain.
