please i my transactions is on dispute i alread sent money to the seller but i didnt get nothing on my wallet should i be worried?

I haven’t received my money since 4 hrs and yet he’s not ready to release my money and said mark as pard

what should I do now. this guy sent a screenshot of a normal picture not even payment receipt. and now over hours now he's not responding. I still he not received payment.

I placed a transaction with a buyer since morning over 7hrs now all he send to me a confirmation that he send money and have not yet received funds in my bank over 7hrs now
