Maker (Advertiser): A person who advertises to buy/sell coins by payment method Gift cards at Remitano P2P at the price they want.

Taker: The person who chooses the ads on Remitano P2P to make a coin buying/selling via gift card trade at the rate set by Maker (Advertiser).

3/ How much is the Gift card trading fee?

Gift card trading fee is only for makers who create an advertisement to do business. Buying or selling gift cards from an existing ad is free.

4/ What is the price rate of gift cards?

All types of Gift Cards have different rates, which changes as time goes on.

For example, if you want to sell a 100 USD Amazon card and buy 80 USDT. Rate is 100:80 = 1.25.

The rates for gift cards change often, so it is important to be aware of the current rates before exchanging them for coins or fiat.

5/ How to choose an advertiser to buy or sell gift cards?

There are many advertisers on Remitano. You could pay attention to their prices, rating and limits, etc. Meanwhile, you can notice his trust evaluation. Compare those advertisers and choose the best one.

6/ What is Maker's Terms of trade

Taker must read carefully about the "Terms of trade" that the maker gives a guide for the taker. This may include the type of cards the advertiser want to trade, e.g physical cards only with cash receipt. If you have confirmed to trade with this advertiser, you can check "I have read and agree" and click "I am ready to transfer money" to create a trade. Opening a trade that go against Remitano's policy and maker's terms of trades may result in your lost in a dispute. Please make sure to read carefully and confirm with the makers the terms you don't understand in live chat before sending or accepting gift cards.

7/ How to pay for a gift card trade?

If you want to sell coin, the advertiser will send a gift card code or picture of physical cards (sometimes the receipt is also required, based on the advertiser's terms of trades) through live chat for you, after opening the trade. On the contrary, you need to send a gift card code or picture of physical cards to the advertiser when you want to buy coin. Payment will be completed through live chat. Once the side selling coins confirm receiving gift card payment, the trade will be completed. You can get updates about new chat through notifications.

8/ Is it safe to make payment?

Yes, it is safe. Coins will be held escrow on Remitano platform during the trade and when a dispute is opened. After the selling-coin user confirms payment by clicking the button "I have received payment". The transaction is marked completed and coins are released to the partner.

If the seller refused to release coin after you successfully sent the payment, click on the 'Dispute' button and our support team will show up to help. Make sure to prepare your receipt to show ownership of the cards you own.
