Brave, a free, open-source, and privacy-focused web browser, made a post on Twitter on the 8th of September that it has included new features that help detect crypto scams on fake websites. The open-source scam detector feature, developed by PhishFort, a security company, would help identify the presence of crypto scams and warn visitors about flagged domains.
Although there is limited information regarding the integration, a report from PhishFort published around June stated that cyber-attackers would swiftly repeat and target widely used apps, so far the reward is as valuable and untraceable as cryptocurrency.
