What Does Bitcoin's Current trend Signify?

Taking the target analysis from the highest point and pulling it down to the breakout point, we can see that the target is down to the $30,500 level.
This is a trade of about 7.55%. We may have a stop loss and maybe want to risk one or two percent. Placed down at the target of about 7.7%, the risk-reward ratio is two against eighth approximately, which means that it's a great risk-reward ratio.

You may know this or not, but it's better to place a trade when the risk is lower than the reward because if you put yourself in this position, definitely you'll make money over time. Yesterday Bitcoin has corrected approximately 6.5% and has played out in a bearish divergence. So, where is bitcoin headed, and what does this signify?

I think this support is significant, and as long as bitcoin is above this support, we are technically still in a bull trend, and we are still technically bullish.

In bitcoin's one-hour ribbon chart, we can see bitcoin breaking through it, but we haven't seen a close yet. If there's a close above the one-hour, then that is a good sign.

Bitcoin is still in a parabolic curve, and so there should be no panicking. There have indeed been some notable signs like the bearish divergence and the head and shoulders pattern.

Also worthy of note is the fact that there has been another $3000 CME gap. There was a previous $3000 gap and a smaller approximately $700 gap. And I think that these gaps are very, very likely to get filled at some point. It is usual in the big parabolic run-ups to see at least 40% correction.

This has been true for the entire lifespan of Bitcoin. A 40% correction like that could see bitcoin at $20,000. And I think that $20k/ bitcoin is likely in the future. The only way this would happen is if the Bitcoin were to surge to say $50,000, which is entirely possible.

That is to say that the price of the bitcoin before it goes through the 40% correction would determine how far it would fall.
