Tron's Justin Sun Claims to be "Putting Together a Solution" for FTX without Giving Any Specifics

The open official announcement by Binance stating that they intend to retract their move and abandon their desire to acquire the FTX company, Justin, the founder of the Tron cryptocurrency network, tweeted about the FTX downtrend and stated that he and his team are putting up a strategic solution to what the FTX is currently facing.

Sun did not provide any detailed information, but he did say that he and his staff had been operating nonstop to avert any additional decline. A report of Sun's tweet was made by Sam Bankman, CEO of FTX. It was unclear from Sun's statement if this strategy would save FTX as a whole or just the tokens associated with Tron that were kept on the exchange.

Just days upon posting on Twitter that although the exchange was "perfectly alright," FTX's founder, Bankman-Fried, shocked the crypto sector on Tuesday when he revealed that it was experiencing financial difficulties. At the time, Bankman-Fried claimed he had reached an understanding to initiating a contract with Changpeng "CZ" Zhao, the pioneer of Binance. It was a non-binding statement of intent to purchase FTX, CZ subsequently stated.

After reviewing FTX's financial records, Binance withdrew from the agreement earlier on Wednesday, claiming that "the difficulties are beyond our power or capacity to aid." After a statement on Alameda Research's financial statements was released, raising concerns about its viability, it was discovered that a sizable portion of Alameda Research's holdings consisted of the FTT token, an exchange token released by FTX. Before Bankman-unexpected Fried's revelation the following week, he as well as other FTX and Alameda officials tried to allay the worries.

Following the declaration of the abandoned Binance contract, a number of regulative bodies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, have hinted that they're looking into or expanding their inquests further into the firm. Following allegations from Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal, these organizations are investigating FTX's handling of customer cash as well as other issues.
