In today’s era, many traditional companies are trying to experiment with blockchain technology to see how they could benefit from it. PayPal, who was a member of Libra Association, has been showing its interest in this technology as well. Recently, it was reported that PayPal would roll out crypto buying and selling on its app as well as in the Venmo app (note: Venmo is also owned by PayPal).
It has also been reported that PayPal is hiring crypto and blockchain experts. On the web page of PayPal’s job board, the company mentioned that it’s currently hiring Blockchain Research Engineer and Crypto Engineer at the same time. The roles would be responsible for researching and developing important cryptocurrency features and integrating them into PayPal services.
