Can Bitcoin set a new All Time High?

When is the best time to buy a coin?
Frankly, you must have heard this question over a thousand times, especially from newbies, or a cryptocurrency enthusiast.
And most time, what you will hear from some “experts” is, you buy it when there is a dump in the coin, so, you make your profit when there is a rebound.
However, I have a reservation for that answer, and it is,
What if the person is really willing to invest now?
Should he now wait till there is a dump?
Well, my answer is NOW, you can buy a coin anytime you want as long as you have a strategic plan to make your profit.
You don’t have to wait till there is a dump, which sometimes may look farfetched, it is an investment not a quick money making scheme.
In conclusion, my advice is, the money you want to use to invest in it shouldn’t be the money you will be needing in short term.
